Recipie: Smoked salmon and pasta supreme
Smoked salmon and pasta supreme (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 oz. (100g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
7 oz. (175g) cream cheese, low fat
1 tbsp. hopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
8 tbsps. semi-skimmed milk
Cooked pasta shells, to serve four people
Cooking Instructions:
Warm the milk and the cream cheese in a saucepan over a low heat until the cheese melts
Stir in the salmon and parmesan then continue heating gently without boiling
Stir in the parsley
Toss into the cooked pasta whirls and serve
